Not for the faint-hearted
The desk clerk was awesome and super helpful and the room was clean and smelled decent. The bed was large and comfy enough to suit my needs even if the rest showed its age.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still kinda acceptable for one night.

The hotel with big and warm rooms, in a pretty quiet area, in the middle of jackson.

Loved our 1-nights stay. The staff was helpful and very, very nice throughout our stay. Room was big size and exceptionally nice. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were a huge plus. Location: the hotel was just next door to an establishment, and shopping centers. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Because one of the room's door malfunctioned on the last night, we were given a late checkout at a minimal cost. The staff was cooperative.
Even though the room was clean and staff was cooperative, the other residents at the Inn were very rowdy. There were fights outside our rooms on one night and continuous knocking on doors on the other night. Breakfast was advertised, but not available. I would not book with this hotel again.

The price.
The facility is questionable. It's quite run down and in need of renovation. It appears to have a number of LONG term residents - not a good choice for a business traveler.

It was just a prime choice for a quick stop in Raleigh with real value for money. The air conditioning unit worked, a lifesaver during the hot days. Consider checking if they have updated rooms available.

The price -- but these days you get what you pay for
The room was not very clean. My pillow case had a burned out hole in it. The bedspread was ripped and the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. The website indicated that there was an exercise facility available and even had a picture -- not true!! The pictures of rooms and facility were altered to show really nice bright cheerful looking rooms -- The reality is

I chose it for the price! The front desk clerk was very nice! The coffee was great!
The room I had was seem nice at first glance, but the lamp shade in the corner was not on straight, several of the lamps did not work, the towel in the bathroom was torn and had numerous dirty spots in it. There was an ironing board, but no iron on the iron rack.

A Disappointing Experience with Poor Conditions
I checked in expecting a pleasant stay but found my room in disarray. The strong odor of smoke and dirty sheets ruined my sleep. I also encountered a non-functioning refrigerator. It's better to rest elsewhere.

The value was good for the money, and the staff was attentive and did an excellent job when cleaning during room service. The fridge in the room worked better than at any hotel I've stayed at.
When we arrived, the room wasnt as neat as I would have preferred. The walls needed to be repainted, and there was a weird stain on the mirror. This was cleaned when they came for room service the next morning.

I loved how the room had a cozy setup with a big comfy bed, and the warm showers were just what I needed after a long day. The pool and cozy lounge area were perfect for relaxing in the evening. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi that could’ve been a bit faster, but overall, I had a great time! 😊
